Spire Harrogate Clinic

cfes was selected to convert the office space at Hornbeam Park in Harrogate into the new Spire Healthcare Harrogate Clinic, a milestone in clinic construction. 

This modern healthcare facility will provide a range of vital services, including diagnostic and Spire GP services, as well as treatments for dermatological, ophthalmic, gynaecological, and urological conditions. It will also offer minor orthopaedic procedures such as hand and foot & ankle surgeries. 

With an investment of £13 million, this healthcare project aims to significantly enhance access to GPs, X-ray, ultrasound, MRI scans, and outpatient surgeries for residents across North Yorkshire. 

This venture is part of a broader initiative that includes the development of 10 new Spire clinics throughout the UK. By establishing these new clinic facilities in Harrogate, Spire Healthcare is expanding its community healthcare services to complement its existing 39 hospitals across England, Wales, and Scotland.
