Hannah

From Project Co-ordinator to Associate Director
Hannah’s journey is one of dedication, ambition and balance. Hannah joined cfes in 2009, after completing her Architecture degree at Kent University. Hannah joined us as a Projects Co-ordinator. Cfes has supported Hannah’s development and since joining us, she has since completed her RIBA Part 2 Professional Diploma in Architecture and RIBA Part 3 Advanced Diploma in Professional Practice in Architecture. Hannah has steadily risen through the ranks and was promoted to Director in November 2019, all while working part-time to balance her professional life with raising her young family.

Sam

From Electrician to Site Manager at cfes

Sam’s career at CFES is a story of hard work, growth, and leadership. Starting as an electrician, Sam’s commitment to excellence and passion for his craft quickly set him apart. Today, he stands proud as a site manager, overseeing large-scale healthcare construction projects and leading teams with the same drive that initially brought him to cfes.

Sam’s journey began when he joined cfes, a company known for developing and nurturing talent across all levels. Vacancies

Quantity Surveyor

Ensuring projects stay on budget and on schedule by estimating costs, managing resources, overseeing contracts, and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards.

FM Manager

Daily management of the engineering team, liaising and coordinating with the client team comprising of estates, facilities and operational teams, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard, in line with operation manuals and maintenance schedules.

Project Engineer

Coordination and execution of engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle. This includes planning, design, construction, and closeout phases.

Project Manager

Lead and deliver complex healthcare projects across the UK, ensuring quality, safety, and budget compliance. Oversee site teams, manage resources, build client relationships, support bids, and drive continuous improvement to achieve successful project outcomes.
